Stephen Carver B.Sc. M.Sc CEng EurIng MIEE MAPM AMBA

Stephen is an experienced Project Manager qualified to Masters level. After graduating, he gained 10 years hands-on project experience working for one of the world's largest project management companies. He was then sponsored to undertake a Masters Degree at Cranfield School of Management, and on it’s successful completion, was seconded to Richard Branson and Chay Blyth as Project Manager for their unique undertaking to build a 350 ft Clipper ship to promote British exports in the USA. Following this assignment, he spent three years working directly for the Chairman of a £1B turnover multinational projects company as Head of the Strategy Department: responsible for turning strategies into practical, implementable projects.

Presently a Consultant Lecturer in Project Management at one of the top British Business Schools (Cranfield School of Management), he also runs his own successful Project Management Consultancy. He has an enviable reputation in the industry for enthusiastically leading, practical, thought provoking and fun programmes.

Trish Thurley B.Sc, MBA, MCIPS MAPM

Trish is a qualified Project Manager and a consultant Lecturer at Cranfield School of Management. She has considerable experience of change management in companies, and over twelve years commercial experience.

In 1997 she became a partner in ALS Consultants, specialists in project management training and consultancy. She has a wide range of blue chip clients from all industry sectors including Financial Services, Manufacturing and Technology.

She began her career with the newly privatised British Gas. As a result, Trish rapidly gained experience of management of change through projects. After gaining an MBA in 1989, Trish joined the Australian owned Charterhouse Group, as part of the management team brought in to transform its ailing textiles arm. Over a period of 3 years, she led a range of projects including re-structuring, new business development and capital projects. In 1992, Trish joined Colgate-Palmolive (UK) Ltd, where she gained considerable experience of Global and European Projects.
