Making Projects Happen, a 2-Day Foundation Course
Overview
A fast-moving, highly interactive 2-day workshop, covering the Project Management Process from start-up to close-out. It covers tools, techniques and skills of Project Management and is delivered by an APM qualified, experienced Project Manager. The delegates move from beginner level to competence in recognised techniques. Delegates are encouraged to challenge and explore the material using their own experiences.

Who Should Attend?
Managers and team members of small and medium sized projects; the inexperienced, or those with experience but no formal training on projects will all benefit. This workshop is particularly suited to those who are (or will be) significantly involved in Projects and are ready to invest 2-days of their valuable time to make sure they get it right.
1-Day Project Management Quickie
Overview
This is a fast-moving, interactive 1-day workshop, covering the Project Management Process and basics. It covers some of the main tools, techniques and skills of Project Management and is delivered by an APM qualified, experienced Project Manager. The delegates gain an overview of the whole process and focus in on some of the most useful and user- friendly techniques. The emphasis is on getting started in the right way, and taking away some things that can be put into immediate effect

1-Day Advanced Project Manager Course
Overview
A highly interactive workshop, combining some theoretical input with the chance to explore and problem solve on your own projects with the help of an APM qualified Project Manager with many years experience of Projects. The workshop focuses on managing Virtual Teams, Stakeholder Management and Programme Management, with theory, advice and practical guidance in these areas.

Managers and team members of medium and large projects or those with small projects that are complex and /or co-located. It would be helpful, but not essential, to have already undertaken the 2-day Making Projects Happen Course, or the 1-Day Project Management Quickie
Project Management Pick and Mix
Overview
An opportunity to develop training that is more bespoke, by building together blocks of training, to suit the needs of a particular group. Each of the units has an objective and an estimated time for delivery. The experienced trainer and training manager can put together a workshop of between half a day and 3 days.

Who Should Attend?
By bespoking the training workshop with a specific group in mind, the question of who should attend doesn’t really arise. It is helpful, however, if the group have a broadly similar need and their experience, and knowledge base, is not too widely spread.
Senior Managers Business Breakfast
Overview
Time is of the essence to Senior Managers, so we aim to give a fast-paced, high-level session for Senior Managers who run a programme of projects or who manage a group of Project Managers. Current issues and hot topics of Project and Programme management are looked at with fresh insight. These sessions can be tailored from 45 minutes to 3 hours, depending on needs and group size.
