Cya has 12 years of training experience including 5 years of IT training delivery. Her career has taken her through Managing Projects in the Private and Public Sectors European & Globally, working for Investment Banks, the Home Office and within the Film, Promo and Advertising industry.

Whilst developing her training skills Cya joined Institute of IT Trainers who introduced her to the Training Foundation, where she became TAP Certified (Trainer Assessment Programme), followed by certification in ‘Facilitation Skills’, ‘Advance Training Delivery Skills’ and ‘Managing a Training Function’.
