Andy is a consultant and trainer with over 20 years experience, practising in programme and project management; and benefits management and realisation. He has extensive international exposure having worked for many years in Hong Kong, Indonesia and the Netherlands. He has demonstrated ability to focus senior management attention on strategic thinking and resolving key risks and problems.
